Netzer Appraisal (*.pdf-562 KB) - This appraisal suggests value-added pricing for individually permitted moorings (on p. 102). Do you get off-street private parking, shoreboat, and the amenities that private clubs provide (for a fee) to club members? This appraiser suggests you should pay for your mooring what club members pay the clubs, even though you don't get the value-added services and access. Is this a fair assessment, or apples to oranges? Weigh in.
