• Netzer Appraisal (*.pdf-562 KB) - This appraisal suggests value-added pricing for individually permitted moorings (on p. 102). Do you get off-street private parking, shoreboat, and the amenities that private clubs provide (for a fee) to club members? This appraiser suggests you should pay for your mooring what club members pay the clubs, even though you don't get the value-added services and access. Is this a fair assessment, or apples to oranges?

• Mooring Loan Permission Form. Permit holder, use this form to lend your mooring to a friend (with compatibly sized boat) for up to 30 days.

• Mooring Transfer Form (*.pdf-392KB) used when transfering permit. The form is the final page of the Orange County Sheriff's Harbor Patrol mooring administration agreement with the City of Newport Beach, approved June 29, 2010 by the Orange County Board of Supervisors.
