There was strong turnout and Council was unable to hear from many who appeared, so Councilperson Gardner asked that the issue be continued. The NMA wanted to point out that it has not generally taken only two years to go from waiting list as was asserted. City Council perceived that the BYB waiting list was a model of efficiency, based on which perception they decided to eliminate mooring transfers.
